Yes. You watch the whole session on your own screen, and you can take control or end it at any moment. We only touch system settings, drivers, and game configs — never your files or accounts. Everything we change is written down in your recap so you can reverse it.

A Windows 10 or 11 PC, AnyDesk installed, an administrator account, and about an hour where you don't need the PC. Have the game you want tuned installed and closed before we start.

It depends on how far your setup is from its ceiling. Clean, recent systems might gain 5–15%. Stock Windows installs with old drivers and background bloat often gain 30% or more, with the biggest change in 1% lows and stutter — the part you feel.

If your frames are low or unstable, Basic covers it. If your frames are fine but the game feels floaty or delayed, you want Premium — that's where the input and output latency work lives, plus the network pass and BIOS recommendations.

Open your request in your account and request a cancellation before the slot starts. We'll sort out a refund or a new time with you on Discord or by email. If a technician can't make a slot, we contact you first and move it.
